Q1: Are you a trader or manufacturer?
We are both. We have our own factory.

Q2: What is your delivery time?
It depends on your order item and quantity, usually within 30 days.

Q3: Can I request samples?
Yes, and samples are for free. But If you want to send you the samples, you need to pay the express fee.

Q4: What’s the shipping method?
Regarding the small quantity order, we can send them by DHL or UPS express, the large quantity goods are shipped by ocean shipping according to client’s demands.

Q5: How can you ensure the quality inspection?
As the order process, all goods will be tested twice for each one by our own QC before shipment.

Q6: Can you accept OEM or ODM?
Yes, of course. And logo acceptable.

Q7: What is your terms of packing?
Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

Q8: What is your terms of payment?
T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We’ll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
