The use of the roller brush is as follows:
First, before the roll coating, the new roller brush needs to use the thinner material suitable for the coating, soak the roller brush; then, roll off the excess thinner on the waste newspaper or clean wall. This facilitates the initial adsorption of the coating and facilitates the cleaning of the drum. It should be noted that when the roller draws the paint, only half of the sleeve can be immersed, and then roll back and forth on the inclined plane in the tray or the wire mesh in the bucket to completely infiltrate the coating into the sleeve. If the adsorption coating is insufficient, you can do it once.
Cleaning method of roller brush:
The drum should be cleaned immediately after use, which not only facilitates cleaning but also makes the sleeve not easy to deform and prolongs the service life of the drum. When cleaning, first wash the paint on the drum and the tray with water, then put some washing liquid in the tray, immerse the drum in the washing liquid, let the washing liquid penetrate the fluff of the sleeve, and then remove the sleeve to squeeze the washing liquid. After the removal, rinse in clean water until there is no color, and rinse the drum with water. Put the washed sleeve back on the core, quickly roll the water on the plane to loosen the fluff on the sleeve to restore the original shape, and finally suspend the roller brush (roller brush manufacturer) to dry.
